Our Condition Guide

At Jpreloved, every item is pre-owned and unique. To help you understand the condition of each piece, we use the following five-level condition guide.

We carefully describe visible signs of use and provide detailed photos whenever possible. Please review both the condition description and photos before purchasing.

Mint

An item in exceptional pre-owned condition with little to no visible signs of use.

Excellent

An item in excellent pre-owned condition with only very minor signs of use, such as faint scratches or light wear.

Very Good

An item in very good pre-owned condition with some visible signs of normal use, such as light scratches, minor stains, or slight wear.

Good

An item showing noticeable signs of previous use, which may include scratches, stains, discoloration, rubbing, or other wear. The item remains suitable for continued use.

Fair

An item with significant signs of use or aging. It may have noticeable scratches, stains, discoloration, wear, or other imperfections. Please review the photos and description carefully before purchasing.

Condition ratings are provided as a general guide and are based on our assessment of each pre-owned item.

Because condition can be subjective, the product photos and individual condition description should always be considered together with the condition rank.
