How to Shop at Jpreloved

Shopping with Jpreloved is simple. Follow the steps below to place your order.

1. Choose Your Item

Browse our website and select the item you would like to purchase.

Each pre-owned item is unique, so please review the photos, condition description, measurements, and accessories carefully before ordering.

2. Add to Cart

Click Add to Cart and proceed to checkout when you are ready.

If you discovered an item during one of our Facebook Live events, simply open the product link and complete your purchase through our website.

3. Enter Your Information

Enter your contact information and shipping address.

Please make sure your name, address, and phone number are correct before completing your order.

4. Choose Your Payment Method

Select one of the available payment methods at checkout.

If you choose Bank Deposit, please follow the bank transfer instructions shown after placing your order. Your order will be prepared for shipment after we confirm your payment.

5. Order Confirmation

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email when an email address is provided.

Please review your order details carefully.

6. Shipping

Orders are shipped from Japan.

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide tracking information when available.
