Returns and Exchanges
As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind or other reasons attributable to the customer. We also do not accept returns or exchanges for scratches, stains, signs of use, or other conditions that are shown or described on the product page.

If you receive an incorrect item, or if the item has a significant defect that was not disclosed in the product description or photos, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. After reviewing the issue, we will provide instructions regarding the appropriate resolution, including a return or refund where applicable. If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Items returned without contacting us in advance may not be accepted.
