Domestic Shipping

Jpreloved currently ships within Japan.

Orders are normally shipped within 2–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination, weather conditions, holidays, and carrier circumstances.

Shipping Fees

Standard shipping within Japan: ¥700

Orders of ¥8,000 or more qualify for free shipping, excluding Okinawa.

Shipping to Okinawa: ¥1,900

Additional shipping charges may apply to certain remote islands or areas. If additional charges are required, we will contact you before shipping your order.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order has been shipped.

Jpreloved is not responsible for delays caused by weather, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
