Are all items authentic?
Yes. Jpreloved specializes in authentic pre-owned luxury goods sourced in Japan. We carefully select the items we offer and do not knowingly sell counterfeit goods. Please see our Authenticity Promise for more information.
Are the items new or pre-owned?
Most of our items are pre-owned. Because each item has had a previous life, signs of use such as scratches, stains, rubbing, discoloration, or other imperfections may be present.
Please review all product photos and condition details carefully before purchasing.
How do you describe item condition?
We use five condition levels:
Mint / Excellent / Very Good / Good / Fair
Please see our Condition Guide for more details. The condition rank is a general guide, so we recommend reviewing the individual product photos and description as well.
Are the photos of the actual item?
Yes. The product photos show the actual item being offered for sale unless otherwise stated.
What payment methods do you accept?
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.
Bank Deposit is also available. If you choose Bank Deposit, please follow the payment instructions provided after placing your order. Your order will be prepared for shipment after payment has been confirmed.
How much is shipping within Japan?
Shipping within Japan is ¥700 for orders under ¥8,000.
Orders of ¥8,000 or more qualify for free shipping.
Additional shipping charges may apply to Okinawa and certain locations. Please check our Shipping Policy for details.
Can I cancel or return my order?
Because our products are unique pre-owned items, please review the photos, condition, measurements, description, and accessories carefully before purchasing.
For cancellation and return conditions, please refer to our Refund Policy.
Can I purchase an item shown during Facebook Live?
Yes. Items introduced during our Facebook Live events can be purchased through the Jpreloved website while they are available.
Because most pre-owned items are one-of-a-kind, an item may sell out once purchased by another customer.
